A rear-tipping half-round body with a fully tapered design: the entire cross-section gradually widens from front to rear, helping material discharge more easily and evenly. This design is included as standard at no extra charge.
The fully tapered S1G body (product code PSM436) makes it easier to discharge loose and sticky materials. Its widening cross-section reduces material retention and supports even rear discharge.
The body is manufactured using robotic welding. We adapt the body and subframe to the specific chassis in cooperation with vehicle manufacturers. Ground-operated or electric sheeting and further accessories can be selected to suit the operation.
VS-mont is the first and only manufacturer in the half-round tipper body segment to offer a fully tapered body as standard, at no extra charge.
The entire cross-section widens gradually from the front to the tailgate. This helps material release more easily and discharge more evenly, reducing the risk of material sticking and uneven vehicle loading. This more demanding design draws on operating experience and customer feedback.
