Thermal version of the half-round tipper with stainless steel covering of floor, sides, front and rear walls. Maintains material temperature.
The S1GT rear-tipping thermal tipper is specially developed for the maximum efficiency of transporting asphalt mixtures. A high-quality thermal insulation system covering up to 92% of the surface combines maximum load-bearing capacity with structural strength.
Insulated sides with stainless steel sheet 0.8 mm. Front bulkhead made of HB 450 steel, thickness 5 mm. Thermal insulation meets BMVI 22-2013 and DIN 70001:2018-04 standards, resistance up to 200°C.
VS-mont is the first and only manufacturer in the half-round tipper body segment to offer a fully tapered body as standard, at no extra charge.
The entire cross-section widens gradually from the front to the tailgate. This helps material release more easily and discharge more evenly, reducing the risk of material sticking and uneven vehicle loading. This more demanding design draws on operating experience and customer feedback.

High-quality mineral insulation minimizes heat loss and maintains the optimal asphalt temperature during transport.
Specially designed for the transport of asphalt, hot recycled materials and other high-temperature materials.
Smooth inner surfaces ensure complete dumping without sticking material.
Specially alloyed materials resist high temperatures and chemical stress.
Despite the insulation, it offers optimal weight for maximum payload.
Minimal loss of material and maintenance of asphalt quality during transportation.
