Heavy Duty version of the best-selling half-round tipper S1G. It combines the proven half-round body shape with heavy duty HB500 TÜF materials and a reinforced subframe with a cross-bracing at the rear. Longer service life for demanding working conditions — quarries, mining, large construction projects with extreme loads.
The body has complete HYVA hydraulics with FC cylinder with upper/lower cylinder sleeve (different from standard S1G which uses FE cylinder). The construction is individually adapted to the chassis and frame, and all steel parts are blasted with steel granulate before painting, painted with a basic anti-corrosion paint and a polyurethane top coat. Heavy-specific accessories are available: vibration system, Hyfix anti-vibration protection, protective covers for the fuel tank, AdBlue, exhaust and batteries, as well as the optional vertical design of the front end in combination with the FC cylinder.

HB500 TÜF high-strength abrasion-resistant steels provide maximum wear resistance — quarries, mining, large construction.
FC cylinder with upper/lower cylinder sleeve ensures higher stability when tipping — different hydraulics from standard S1G (FE).
Optional anti-vibration protection — body vibration system in combination with Hyfix auxiliary protection in the frame.
Optional protective covers for the fuel tank, AdBlue tank, muffler and batteries — for working in harsh conditions.
Optional vertical design of the front bulkhead in combination with the FC cylinder — optimized for demanding tipping of heavy materials.
