A rectangular rear tipping body for aggregates, soil and other bulk materials. Fixed sidewalls and rear tipping suit daily work on construction sites and in quarries. Equipment is tailored to your application.
The S1H Heavy is a heavy version of the proven S1H rear-tipping rectangular body. It only tips backwards — the sides are firmly welded to the front bulkhead (without opening), which provides maximum rigidity and safety when transporting extremely heavy stones, ore and quarry material. The structure is designed for continuous work deployment in quarries, mines and large-capacity transport of loose materials.
Body, tailgate and accessory specifications are selected for the load and working conditions. The subframe is adapted to the specific chassis. Materials and technical data are listed for each variant.

Higher run of wear-resistant steels HB450 (from 8 mm) and HB500 TÜF (8 and 10 mm) — designed for long-term continuous use when transporting abrasive and extremely heavy materials.
The subframe is individually designed and dimensioned for Heavy operation according to the chassis manufacturer's recommendations — optimal load distribution and maximum service life.
Optional vertical design of the front bulkhead in combination with the FC cylinder — higher usable capacity of the body and more stable tipping of heavy loads.
Optional HYVA SMART tipping stability monitoring system — continuous position and tilt monitoring, rollover protection when tipping on uneven terrain.
