Stetter Light Line truck mixers represent a premium lightweight solution with an emphasis on maximum payload, low weight and efficient operation. The lightweight construction of the body allows more concrete to be transported in one trip and at the same time contributes to lower fuel consumption.
However, the low weight does not come at the expense of durability. The patented mixing spirals and the innovative drum are made of highly wear-resistant steels, which ensure high resistance even during daily intensive use. The drum walls use high wear-resistant steel with a hardness of approximately 300 HB, while the mixing spirals and guards are made of steel with a hardness of approximately 500 HB. The use of these materials significantly increases the wear resistance of key components and contributes to their long service life.
The result is a combination of low dead weight, high payload and long service life, which makes the Light Line an efficient solution for everyday concrete transport.
More concrete per run means more efficient use of the vehicle, fewer trips and savings in operating costs.
LIGHT LINE — exceptionally low body weight thanks to innovative drum geometry and optimised mixing spirals. Drum walls use highly abrasion-resistant steel (approx. 300 HB); mixing spirals and wear protection use steel of approx. 500 HB.
