Stetter Heavy Duty Line truck mixers are designed for intensive operation and heavy loads. Whether it is mixing in connection with filling stations or the regular transport of large quantities of concrete, the Heavy Duty Line offers high resistance, low wear and a long service life. Compared to standard mixers, the Heavy Duty Line thus offers a significantly longer service life of the mixing drum and its components. The service life of the mixing coils can be doubled, which results in fewer service interventions, lower costs for wearing parts and more economical operation throughout the entire life of the vehicle.
HEAVY DUTY LINE — minimal wear and long service life, even in extreme conditions. The mixing spirals (5 mm thick) and wear protection use highly abrasion-resistant steel with a hardness of approximately 500 HB. Mixing spiral service life is extended by a factor of up to 2.0.
